Having a flat tire is usually not a big problem, unless
1. you have a rental car that doesn’t have a spare tire
2. you reside in a vacation home that is out in the boonies with no address but coordinates
3. the rental car company tries to find you and is very busy that day
And when all the above things happen together, it takes 6 hours and 15min until they show up, evaluate the situation, pumping up the air and – send you back to the rental place to switch to another car.

I realized that I never posted any photos of our beautiful vacation home. It is in the middle of the island on top of a little hill with gorgeous views. 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a spacious open floorplan living-, dining room + kitchen. One of my favorite features is the ficus tree in the center; the other favorite are the huge glass sliding doors everywhere. that disappear into the walls
All 4 bedrooms have a great view with those magic doors
