If you only count the closest group of family members of mine with their significant others, we are 27. If you include uncles, aunts and 1st cousins, we are talking about ~ 60 people. Every time there is a reason to celebrate, birthdays, name days, or any holiday you can find on the calendar – they come together to party! And if we are in Europe, like now, we are celebrating with them! It fills up your calendar very quickly, and it is fun! A lot of fun!

Yesterday we celebrated 3 birthdays: Saskia’s, Roberto’s and David’s. With homemade cookies, brownies and cake, with pizza, salad and champagne! It was a very nice party – sorry, not everybody made it onto the photos…..
